Shipping & Delivery

Our standard shipping (Royal Mail Standard Shipping within the UK, DHL within the EU, UPS for other locations ) is free of charge as long as you reach the minimum order value of £ 25. Otherwise, the standard delivery fee is £ 4,99. We will inform you about the estimated delivery time of your order in the order overview and in your order confirmation email - however, this time may vary depending on the items selected and the shipping method.

When you complete your order, we will show you how long it will take for your parcel to arrive. The processing time is usually between 1-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within the next 1-3 working days.

Our goods are shipped from various warehouses around the world (Poland, Spain, Singapore, China, Portugal, UK), always aiming to guarantee the fastest delivery time for our customers, while keeping shipping costs as low as possible and minimizing the impact on the environment. To ensure that your order arrives particularly quickly, we sometimes split it into several parcels.

Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays) between 07:30 and 18:30 throughout our shipping partners.
