Withdrawal & Refunds

WHEN YOU PURCHASE ARTICLES FROM LEERI SHOP LTD - leeri.eu, leeri.de, leeri.uk and shopleeri.com YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A LEGAL RIGHT OF RETURN, AS FOLLOW:

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel the contract or purchase within fourteen days after receiving your order without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email (email: shop@leeri.eu) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g. by email). To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Unfortunately, we do not bear the costs of returning the goods. The return costs are to be borne by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Attention: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if gift vouchers.

REFUNDS

Any refunds will be made automatically to the account you used for payment. In the case of payment in advance, the return transfer will be made to the account from which the transfer was made. If you paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated PayPal or credit card account. If you have used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the corresponding amount to your gift voucher account.
